50 Tribes Within One Nation__ Shall Not Stand _

Democracy has not failed the United States. 

Human nature's 'Tribalism' merely continued to evolve_

Who's to blame?... 

The 10th Amendment, Electoral College & Human Evolution 

Call it neurobiology 101, socio-political evolution, un-checked rural education (or the lack thereof), or misconstrued religious or legal doctrine_

'Tribes' are a product of evolution's common denominator: 

Social-Anthropologists will tell us: Humans gather with who they mutually agree with, upon a exclusive set of laws which compliment their specific neurobiological, social and environmental requirements to function within a society, which thus makes them unique to all other Tribes... 

Since the Akkadian Empire 2300 BC., (the very first political system); kingdoms and nations have worked vigorously to incorporate tribal mentality and customs into a collective populace to live under one centralized doctrine to apply to all. 

The results have been mixed, to say the least.  It is not a sure thing.  

Tribes do exist under the guise of Nations. Nations fall when Tribes become disenchanted with a system which fails them.

Not as citizens of an internationally recognized nation. 

This is how 200,000 Taliban defeated 

A population of 32 million Afghans

Yet the world and its history proves that the survival of all who seek peace, must learn to unite in greater numbers or perish.   

The current Tribal mentality within America reflects a small minority which has hi-jacked a majority of the nation.  

Extremist judges, politicians, oligarchs, religious leaders and militias are positioning to control all. 

This is happening via the disconnection, quarrels and  complacency of Centrists and Liberals of power and influence. 

Over the last 300 years:  A Darwin-like-evolution of human nature (via natural law) has occurred between the immigrants and migrants who have settled within the United States.  

Citing: The very basics of anthropological observations such as:  different social customs, fashions, languages that irritates the close-mindedness of Tribal practice.  

...As well as environmental and geographically unique interpretations of law and religion by people who are outside of a tribe who wishes to control all who exist amongst them. 

Ihe irony is, that the immigrants of this great nation couldn't have been more different, more diverse, more unique from one to another.  

Yet, a 'collective obligation' occurred when they realized that their newly found world could become theirs exclusively. under a united pact.  A United States:

They become a collective to blend, assimilate, emulate and empathize with each other... which helped ward off the occupations of the Spanish, French and British. 

Unfortunately, since this nations independence, the primal element of 'Tribalism' has once again crept into the conscience of the country's citizens.  

These 'tribes' have followed a never ending desire to establish their own states, unique and autonomous from federal doctrines which the  Constitution of the United States was founded on. 

They have achieved their exclusiveness, from Federal control to an alarming degree.   

Over the 246 years: The Tribes (States) have reached back to their 'old-world' ways claiming archaic and anachronistic laws and religious doctrine that contradict the very ethos of a Pluralistic / Secular Democracy, by claiming States Rights. 


The 10th Amendment and the Electoral College are the two fundamental enablers of the growth of Tribalism within the U.S.

...while serving human nature’s need to 
dominate or eliminate 
ones who are ‘other’ than they

Authors Note:  Laws, statutes and mandates cannot supersede or eliminate how human nature (neurochemistry) within each individual will interpret each and every circumstance by and between one another. 

This leaves us with all the more need for natural law to intervene_ 

ie: the common laws of humanity must be integrated within a civilizations laws, statues or mandates to avoid the contradiction of the natural balance, timber or mathematics of what history has time and again proven.  



Democracy dies when the minority of elites grow to control the majority of government, population, law, mandates, customs as well as religious values and customs. 

Much as we find the Alawites in Syria are the minority of its nation, yet hold full oppressive control of the majority.  Which of course lead to it's tragic revolution in the last 20 years.  

You must understand that this is happening here in the United States.  Perhaps in very small strategic steps, but it's happening.  


...Law based in contradiction to natural law will lead to the destruction of great nations, societies and civilizations...

...leading to the final rationalization that tribalism not democracy will have been all that America achieved in the end of...

My fellow Artists__ Let Your Art Be The Change You Want The World To Be

I appeal to my fellow Artists around the world on this New Years Eve 2022_   I challenge all of you to 'Be The Change' to 'Inspire Change' to promote Love, Humanity and Compassion and to join our inherent 'Collective Obligation' as artists to serve all in need upon this earth_  We are the progressives, the liberal idealistic minds that inspire advocacy and change, propelling humankind's ascension to a more sophisticated truth, justice and morality__ With this, I challenge my Artistic colleagues to abandon the mediums that reflect the darkness without solutions.   For too long, we have been Interpreting the ugly without offering answers, imitating the immoral without offering truth, we sensationalize the murderous which only propels further prejudice, hate and tribalism that you we have had to live through for so long.
