Lies of a Nations' Educational Institutions
The most notable factor to today's ever evolving cycle of prejudice, racism and xenophobia in the United States, is the total failure within the Department of Education and American Scholastic Societies' who improperly processed and altered unequivocal facts and truths...
...facts and consequences of all revelations, conflicts and resolutions within or without the United States of America since it's inception. Most notably the American Civil War.
For those of you who wish to believe in your teachers, friends and
family's misguided educations, who proclaim: "...that the Civil
War was not about slavery? It was about states rights and had nothing to do with slavery.." you are being lead down a false & slippery slope.
Enclosed below is 'The Cornerstone Speech' which newly appointed: Alexander H. Stephens, Vice President of the Confederacy States of America wrote and addressed his Confederate constituents on March 22nd, 1861__
......."The new Constitution has put at rest forever all the agitating questions relating to our peculiar institution—African slavery as it exists among us—the proper status of the negro in our form of civilization. This was the immediate cause of the late rupture and present revolution. Jefferson, in his forecast, had anticipated this, as the "rock upon which the old Union would split." He was right. What was conjecture with him, is now a realized fact. But whether he fully comprehended the great truth upon which that rock stood and stands, may be doubted. The prevailing ideas entertained by him and most of the leading statesmen at the time of the formation of the old Constitution were, that the enslavement of the African was in violation of the laws of nature; that it was wrong in principle, socially, morally and politically. It was an evil they knew not well how to deal with; but the general opinion of the men of that day was, that, somehow or other, in the order of Providence, the institution would be evanescent and pass away. [...] Those ideas, however, were fundamentally wrong. They rested upon the assumption of the equality of races. This was an error. It was a sandy foundation, and the idea of a Government built upon it—when the "storm came and the wind blew, it fell......"

The daughters of the Confederacy were the most destructive force to American History.
Worst of all was the complicity of the federal government in allowing a specific reverence and celebrity to continue the false narrative for the south's soldiers, who fought a war to uphold a barbaric set of laws for the ultra-rich plantation owners and southern industrialists. While their soldiers returned to their decimated communities, the wealthy classes recovered very quickly through Reconstruction, having goods the North desperately needed.
These elitist southerners gave little thought to the private white farmers and merchants, for the the wealthy resumed their state capital dinners by the mid 1870s', tipping mint juleps and sashaying through grand state capital ball-rooms in their finest silks and tuxedos...
...all without a second thought of the hundreds of thousands of common white workers who fought a white-rich mans war and were now back home competing to own land and businesses with the African American population who was now deemed of equal citizenry as they.
To this day, the south has never fully recovered.

Fast forward to the Red/Southern states of 2020, we see the fueled resentment, bitterness and anger within a people who fought for immoral state's rights and were defeated and have never been able to accept the reality.
Most of these states revealed in the aforementioned blog, you can see they have since never truly bounced back in an equal light of industrial or economic ingenuity and progressiveness as northern states enjoy.
As far as the south's greatest citizen, military leader and moral compass to his flock: Robert E. Lee__
Let us take a look at an excerpt from from a letter he wrote in 1857_
No one really knows the total deaths of the American Civil War: Official count is 600,000. In recent decades it has come to light that the Confederacy did not report their tallies as accurately as the Federal forces and in this light Historians are now estimating the total death toll could be as high as 900,000.
Having said this, how can the greatest nation in the world today live by such failed results of a military conflict that was to change the political, social and economic fabric for 'all' of its citizens?
How do we continue to allow this? ..... this writer is quite perplexed.
It is the collective obligation of humankind to ensure the peace and to embolden ethical and moral deeds which protect the worlds civilizations from the darkness. Unim Orbus Unim Veritas
