Law Of The Land v.s. States Rights v.s. Religion in Government

Law of the land 

    v.s. States Rights 

        v.s. Political Party Platforms

             v.s. Weaponized Church Doctrine in Government

                 =   The slight of hand brings authoritarianism to a nation

                           and a malignancy within the natural law 

                                of a nation's soul ___ 

 

Individual rights exist because the country you live in 
affords you those rights.
 
States rights exist because the country you live in 
affords you those rights.
 
When your country asks you to do your patriotic duty and abridge your rights in crises of war, pandemic or disaster, 
 
You have NO right to refuse your duty as a citizen of that country
 
Individualism at times of a nation's crises is the most unpatriotic and selfish action one can practice
 
 
Created under our founding fathers lack of foresight and perhaps a touch of philosophical naivete, the 10th Amendment has been the primary factor of decent within this nation, since the 1850's.   
 

The second most destructive force within this democracy:

The 10th Amendment has enabled select states in America to avulse the spirit of the Constitution while continuing to enjoy the entitlement of Federal funds and security_ 

_All the while acting contrary to the ethics and principles from which the founding documents were composed.   


The one most cogent factor that gave birth to the United States was:

The solidarity between all citizens of the revolution of 1776, from all walks of life, from different countries, different languages and religions. 

Unified under the mutual understanding, that there must be one central oath for all people under one singular constitution's ethos.   

Recent events within this nation has revealed just how much of this we have abandoned.  

It is quite foolish of us to wonder how this happened.

Over 245 years, The 10th Amendment, has enabled a decent from the Constitution of the United States, as well as within the federal platform of this nation.   

Rendering the country dysfunctional in unifying it's vast cultures and religions within, while select States within this country pursue efforts to achieve just the opposite.

Lending it vulnerable to civil decent, unrest and it's inevitable conflict.

My fellow Artists__ Let Your Art Be The Change You Want The World To Be

I appeal to my fellow Artists around the world on this New Years Eve 2022_   I challenge all of you to 'Be The Change' to 'Inspire Change' to promote Love, Humanity and Compassion and to join our inherent 'Collective Obligation' as artists to serve all in need upon this earth_  We are the progressives, the liberal idealistic minds that inspire advocacy and change, propelling humankind's ascension to a more sophisticated truth, justice and morality__ With this, I challenge my Artistic colleagues to abandon the mediums that reflect the darkness without solutions.   For too long, we have been Interpreting the ugly without offering answers, imitating the immoral without offering truth, we sensationalize the murderous which only propels further prejudice, hate and tribalism that you we have had to live through for so long.
